I refer to my comment dated December 7th, 2006 at 3:10 am.
Hmm, now looking back, I realise that the words "never worn" actually mean something - it could mean that the seller was expecting children, buying baby shoes for his/her child, but somehow maybe that child wasn't born (i.e. miscarriage?)
ok this somehow reminds me of Marley n Me (WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD), where the character which Jennifer Aniston plays (can't remember her name offhand) was preparing for their 1st baby, but she suffered a miscarriage.

Oh, and when I looked up Ernest Hemingway's name on wikipedia (haha, despite Mr Grosse's countless reminders not to trust wikipedia fully) and found out that he had a wife named Mary Welsh Hemingway, who had a miscarriage. I wonder if this had any relation to this 6 word story. I couldn't source the date in which this story was written. Anyone can help?

It feels so strange to come back to this website again to read what i posted 2 years ago and think: did I really think like that before?

On another hand, well, I doubt anyone will be reading this, so... oh well. But if anyone does, it'll be cool if you could reply so that I know at least we still remember this.

(Ok, so that sounds a little emo.)
